Ugh, hopefully I'm not too late. This is my second entry for the Seventh Sanctum Fusion Class contest [link] and a character in my NaNoWriMo story.
The scene is moments before she is shot by a criminal, thus the whizzing bullet at the bottom of the frame.

This is Emogene Dudley: Master of Intrigue and Wit or as her official job title I got from the fusion class generator: Sun Captain.

This girl reminds you of a glorious phoenix. She has wide orange eyes. Her fine, straight, red hair is waist-length and is worn in a handsome style. She is short and has a graceful build. Her skin is tanned. She has thin lips and small hands. Her wardrobe is strange and businesslike, with a completely black color scheme.

In all of Thomas' shortfallings, Emogene more than makes up for it. If he is the brains of the crime–fighting duo, she's the quick–thinking, agile, intuitive side. On the other hand, she's an absolute perfectionist and never turns down a fight— even when it's not worth it. She's most afraid of betrayal because she feels like she should know if a so–called friend is a turncoat. But as you can discern from my previous deviation of Thomas and the above picture, she is killed in the first paragraph of my NaNoWriMo story. Such is life...

*Edit*: I added my signature and fixed her stupid left hand.
*Edit2*Now I have fixed her hair thanks to the suggestion from :icontribblenuu:.

That intense stare is well done. Good job!

Thank you! Someone who happened to walk by when I was just finishing the eyes commented that they looked like alien eyes. Oh well...

Oh don't mind them. Tho one suggestion I have is to give her some hair falling on her forehead. It just seems so...bare? But aside from that, I really like this, esp the perspective.

Yeah, her hair looks funky. I had to paint it really quick, but I suppose I have time to actually go in and make it look better now. Thanks for all the advice, it really does help a lot.

I see, well now she looks much more natural, esp w/ the tousled hair. Np, I'm glad to have helped.
