This is a Crayon Warrior. Luckily, I personally haven't seen one because if I did, I wouldn't be typing this down right now. The one in my illustration is a Green Crayon Warrior. He's fighting a foilist in an elementary school.
Apparently, a child is born with a crayon instead of a hand. Very shortly after, they are kidnapped by other Crayon Warriors and taught how to use their powers. Then they are hired by whoever to do whatever. I'm sure glad the government just sent a Gold Bullet Crusader after me.
